Construction Supervision A major shutdown of Lien Chieu Substation for VO No. 1 installation works on 30 March was re-energised in the early hours of 1 April. The shutdown allowed the installation of equipment, moving a main gantry and reconnection of the overhead system for Hoa Khanh bay as part of V O No. 1. Some items such as additional annunciators were required to be provided for the substation. They have been provided but not installed at months end. Meetings variously between PMU85, PTC No. 2, Engineer, and the Contractor continued to be held during April to coordinate the requirements for the energisation of the Hai Van Pass Tunnel 110kV substation. The actual energisation and duration (whether 72 hours trial energisation or permanent service) is dependant on EVN concurrence and a final determination of which parties will be responsible for operations and maintenance of what sections of the PKV installed power system. At months end this had not been resolved and a date for trial energisation remains unknown. A joint inspection was carried out on 1st April of all non-electrical items on snag lists. There were a small number of outstanding items to be corrected. An official Turning - Over ceremony was held in April of the PKV worksThis homepage is presented by the Consultant Team Any further question should be forwarded to Webmaster or Consultant Team
