  • Scope of Works

The construction works comprising the Contract Package-IA: North Tunnel Section, (Sta. 1+515.000 to Sta. 5+500.000) shall include:

(a) An approximately 3,857 meters long 2-lane main tunnel with 73.26m2 cross-section (Sta. 1+643.000 to Sta. 5+500.000);

(b) An approximately 3,857 meters long evacuation tunnel with 15.47m2 cross-section, parallel to the main tunnel;

(c) Two vehicular cross-passageways (one 19.65m long and one 21.65m long) with 15.47m2 cross-section, and seven pedestrian cross-passageways (three 21.65m long plus four 19.65m long) with 8.12m2 cross-section;

(d) A 1,810 meters long tunnel ventilation adit with 36.20m2 cross-section;

(e) Two 153 meters long each (main tunnel center-to-center), by-pass type electrostatic precipitator tunnels (north & central) with 57.69m2 cross-section;

(f) A 128 meters 2-lane tunnel approach (Sta. 1+515.000 - Sta. 1.643.000);

(g) An approximately 403 meters long access road to adit building;

(h) A 80m2, one-story substation structure (building only); and

(i) A north tunnel portal plaza and a ventilation adit portal plaza
