• Scope of Works

(a) Water catchment and pre-treatment system consisting of weir, grit chamber, rough filter and intake reservoir;

(b) Pump station and treatment system - two pump with capacity of 5.5 m³/h each;

(c) A 100m³ capacity high water reservoir for fire fighting and service water reserve - two rectangular water chambers with 50m³ capacity each;

(d) An approximately 62 meter long down pipe from the high water reservoir down to tunnel niche level; and

(e) Approximately 6,274 meters long main fire suppression pipe installed along the walkway of the main tunnel including hydrant niches at 100 meter intervals with hydrants, niche covers, hoses, and fire extinguishers.

(a) Three 260 m³/s electrostatic precipitator including panels and auxiliary facilities;

(b) Six Ø 2500 mm fans in electrostatic precipitator chambers;

(c) Two Ø 3000 mm supply fans and two Ø 3000 exhaust fans panels and auxiliary facilities in the ventilation building;

(d) Thirty-two Ø 1530 mm jet fans in the main tunnel;

(e) A ventilation control system including:

- Five visibility meters

- Two CO meters

- Five anemometers

- Two traffic counters; and

(f) A ventilation building.
