Construction Supervision

Summary from Contractor

Bridge No.2: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. All spans of launching and 10 spans of deck slab were completed. Total activities completion was 99%. Progress of construction was delayed in comparison with the progress schedule.

Bridge No.3: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. Launching work was finished. Total activities completion was 98%. Progress of construction was delayed in comparison with the progress schedule.

Bridge No.4: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. All launching work and deck slabs were completed and remaining expansion joints. Total activities completion was 99%. Progress of construction was delayed in comparision with the progress schedule

Bridge No.5: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. All spans of launching and all spans of deck slab were completed. Total activities completion was 98%. Progress of construction was delayed in comparision with the progress schedule.

Bridge No.6: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. All spans of  launching and 4 spans of diaphram were completed. All spans deck slab were completed. Total activities completion was 99%. Construction progress was delayed in comparison with the progress schedule.

Bridge No.7: All sub-structures were completed for concrete work. All launching work and all spans of deck slab were completed. Total activities completion was 98%. Progress of construction was delayed in comparison with the progress schedule.

Construction Supervision by Engineer

Clearing and grubbing: 

All clearing and grubbing area were completed

Earthworks: 

Excavation work was under construction and 657,930 m3 of 659,000m3 was completed. Embankment work was under constructing and 121,218 m3 of 121,218 m3 was completed. Percent completion of excavation 99.8% and embankment 100%. Generally, excavation work was late. The Contractor should be speed-up of work progress.

Pavement: 

Production of aggregate subbase and aggregate base are being at yard.

Subbase work have been finished in this month follows:

Subbase course layer 1 have been finished at Km8+725 to Km8+830, Km9+814 to Km9+830. Subbase course layers 2 have been finished at Km8+537 to Km8+830, Km9+814 to Km9+830, Km10+233 to Km10+500, Km10+633 to Km11+00. Top subbase course at Km8+863 to Km9+374, Km10+233 to Km10+500, Km10+800 to Km11+00. Completed aggregate subbase quantity is about 89.00%.

Base work have been finished in this month follows:

Base course layer 1 have been finished at Km8+863 to Km9+347, Km9+572 to Km9+680, Km9+814 to Km10+083, Km10+233 to Km10+500, Km10+633 to Km11+040, Km11+240 to Km11+560. Base course layer 2 have been finished at Km9+814 to Km10+083, Km10+233 to Km10+500, Km10+633 to Km11+560. Completed aggregate base quantity is about 47%. Asphalt concrete binder course have been finished at 10+250 to Km10+480, Km11+00 to Km11+400. Completed asphalt concrete binder course quantity is about 10%.

Retaining:

Retaining wall at the back of southern abutment bridge No2 and southern abutment bridge No3 and southern abutment bridge No4 have completed 100%

Culvert work:

1. Box culvert at KM9+115 concrete work has completed. 

2. Under pass at KM11+260 have been completed.

3. Pipe culvert at KM11+050 have been completed.

4. Pipe culvert at KM11+290 have been completed.

5. Pipe culvert at KM11+660 is carried out, completed about 20%.
