Construction Supervision Taking-Over certificate was issued for the main works of PKV contract but excluding Variation Order No. 1 (VO No.1). Included in the certificate was a snag list of outstanding civil/architectural finishing and repair works on the OCC building still to be completed. Also completed was a comprehensive list of electrical items to be completed including documentation, high voltage cable tests and issues that need VO No. 1 completion. The air conditioning and ventilation installation is still not 100% complete and needs testing upon completion. At month's end the telecom systems had been installed but not tested. Some general furniture (tables, chairs, etc) was delivered to the OCC and most of the remainder including photocopy machines, computers and non-fixed kitchen equipment was in PKV on-site storage for safe keeping. It was estimated by the Contractor that all non electrical items (civil/architectural works) on the snags list would be completed by end of January, 2004 with the remainder in February. It was also scheduled to test and energise one 110kV feeder (Hai Van feeder) under VO No. 1 in late March and the second (Hoa Khanh) feeder in April. The actual energisation is dependant on EVN concurrence and a determination of which parties will be responsible for operations and maintenance of what sections of the PKV installed power system.
