Construction Supervision

During the reporting period, the Contractor prepared the construction works as follows:

- Study a modification on the water supply and water treatment system.

- Prepare for the next coordination meeting with PKIA, PKIB and PK5

- Prepare and studying the coordination matters to be discussed with a PK3 contractor

- Make shop drawings for the ventilation equipment.

- Negotiate the conditions and technical specification with sub-contractors.

- Prepare the mobilization and site establishment.

  • Construction schedule for Coming Month

Permanent work schedule

- Hold coordination meetings with the Engineer, PKIA, PKIB and PK5

- Provide proposal for the modification of the existing water supply & water treatment - system.

- Proceed with the contract negotiation with the Vietnamese subcontractors

- Study coordination matters involved with a PK3 Contractor

- Make shop drawing for the ventilation equipment.

- Prepare the mobilization and site establishment

- Prepare details and schedule of O & M training

Temporary Work

- Study the site office establishment and storage facilities

- Make up a Master List for the equipment to be imported to Vietnam.
