Construction Supervision

During the reporting period, the Contractor prepared the construction works as follows:

- Prepare technical information in accordance with the requirements raised during the coordination meeting held from July 29 to August 3, 2002.

- Study a modification of the water supply and water treatment system.

- Prepare drawings for ventilation system.

- Negotiate the conditions and technical specifications with sub-contractors.

- Prepare the mobilization and site establishment.

  • Construction schedule for Coming Month

Permanent work schedule

- Provide some technical information required during the coordination meetings held from July 29 to August 2, 2002.

- Provide proposal for modification of the existing water supply & water treatment system.

- Proceed with contract negotiation with the Vietnamese subcontractors

- Prepare for the next coordination meeting with PK1A, PK1B and PK5

- Study the coordination matters involved with a PK3 Contractor.

- Prepare the shop drawings for the ventilation equipment

- Prepare the mobilization and site establishment

- Prepare the details and schedule of O&M training

Temporary Work

- Apply for VAT code to Danang Tax Office

- Study the site office establishment and storage facilities

- Make up a Master List for the equipment to be imported to Vietnam.
