Excavation Work: 8 foundations completed.Concrete work: A1, P1, P3, P5 & A2 completed. P2 under construction. Lauching work is carried out for span b/t P6 & P7
Bridge No.5 (133m)

Concrete work: A1, P1, P2 & A2 completed. P3 under construction

Bridge No.6 (150m)

Concrete work: A1, P1 & P2 completed, P3, P4 & A2 under construction.
Bridge No.7 (133m)

Concrete work: A2, P1 & P2 completted, A1, P3, P4 under construction.
Temporary Work Temporary Access Road Network nearly completed the road bed.

Construction Supervision

Summary

Bridge No.2
North abutment, Pier 1, Pier 2 and Pier 3 have been completed of concrete works up to cross head.
Pier 4, Pier 5, Pier 6, Pier 7, Pier 8, Pier 9 and South abutment are under construction.
4 nos. of girder are finished production at casting yard near by north abutment.
2 nos. of girders are launched at span 1.

Bridge No.3
Site preparation work has started.

Bridge No.4
North abutment, Pier 1', Pier 1, Pier 3, Pier 4, Pier 5 and south abutment have been completed of concrete works.
Pier No.2 is under construction.
Span No.6 and No.7 are finished launching and 1st stage of slab concrete.
18 nos. of PCI girders are finished production and continue.

Bridge No.5
North abutment, Pier 1, Pier 2 and South abutment have been completed of concrete works.
Pier 3 is under construction.
1 no. of PCI girders is finished production and continue.

Bridge No.6
North abutment, Pier 1 and Pier 2 have been completed of concrete works.
Pier 3, Pier 4 and South abutment are under construction.

Bridge No.7
North abutment, Pier 3, and South abutment have been completed of concrete works.
Pier 1 and Pier 2 are under construction.
1 no. of PCI girders is finished production and continue.

Permanent Works

  • Bridge No. 2:

Substructure:

North abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Pier No.1 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.2 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.3 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.4 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.5 is underconstruction of concrete works.

Pier No.6 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.7 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.8 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.9 has started excavation.

South abutment has started excavation.

Superstructure

Launching work has commenced at span 1 and 2 nos. of girder are launched.

Girder Production

4 nos. of girder have been produced at casting yard near by north abutment.

Substructure:

North abutment has been completed concrete works.

Pier No.1' has been completed concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.1 has been completed concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.2 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.3 is under construction of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.4 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.5 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

South abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Superstructure

Span No.6 and No.7 between P-4 and A-2 has been finished launching of girder 10 nos. and 1st stage of superstructure such as diaphragm and deck slab 1st lift.

Girder Production

18 nos. of 35 girders are finished production at girder production yard behind of A-2.

  • Bridge No.5:

Substructure

North abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Pier No.1 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.2 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.3 is under construction of concrete works.

South abutment is under construction of concrete works.

Superstructure

Superstructure is not commenced yet.

Girder Production

1 no. of 20 girders is finished production at girder production yard.

  • Bridge No.6:

Substructure

North abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Pier No.1 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.2 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

Pier No.3 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.4 is under construction of concrete works.

South abutment is under construction of concrete works.

Superstructure: Superstructure is not commenced yet.

Girder Production: Preparation work has commenced.

  • Bridge No.7:

Substructure

North abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Pier No.1 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.2 is under construction of concrete works.

Pier No.3 has been completed of concrete works up to cross head.

South abutment has been completed of concrete works.

Superstructure: Superstructure is not commenced yet.

Girder Production: 1 no. of 25 girders is finished production at girder production yard.

  • Road Works:

    Earthworks

    Excavation work is under construction.

    Embankment of toll plaza area is under constructing.

  • Schedule Overview:

Critical path is running on the schedule of bridge No.2 and it seems to be difficult to achieve completion time. Girder production schedule and sequence of superstructure may be necessary to review.

Earthwork of road works is also going to be delay. Contractor was requested to review equipment schedule and detail schedule of sub-base.

Earthwork area 3 is not enough the rate of progress because of delaying box culvert.
