Construction Supervision A Turning Over Certificate was signed by the Contractor and Consultant on 19 th August 2004 including works under Variation Order Number 1. There remains several items on the snag list which cannot be completed until Load Dispatch Centre (A3) agrees to a shut down at Lien Chieu substation and a re-energisation of the Hai Van Substation. Contractor completed and delivered all the As- Built documentation required by contract in July. This included as-built drawings, and Operations and Maintenance manuals. Permanent energisation (power supply) service will be carried out when a number of issues relating to operations and contract to pay for power consumption is resolved. It is intended to have the Hai Van substation permanently energised as soon as possible. SITOC inspection was carried out before and during test energisation in end of June/early JulyActivities for Coming Months Work to be done at Lien Chieu 110KV Substation - Replacing faulty REL 551 relay with a new relay
- Replacing faulty REL 543 relay with a new relay
- Modifications for Circuit Breaker Failure Protection circuits (REF 543)
