Construction Supervision

Permanent Works

  • Bridge No. 2:

1 Abutment and 3 piers have been completed such as North Abutment, Pier 1, Pier 2 and Pier 3.

1 Abutment and 6 piers are under construction such as South Abutment, Pier 4, Pier 5, Pier 6, Pier 7, Pier 8 and Pier 9.

15 nos. of girder are finished production at casting yard near by north abutment and remain 35 nos.

2 span of launching and 1 span of deck slab have been completed.

Launching for Span 3 is under construction.

Total activities completion is 38%.

  • Bridge No.3:  

    Footing of south abutment has completed and to continue elevation.

    North abutment is under construction of excavation of footing.

    Total activities completion is 15%.

  • Bridge No.4:

All sub-structures has completed for concrete work.

6 span of launching and 5 span of deck slab have completed and remain 1 span of launching.

34 nos. of PCI girders are finished production and remain 1 no. only.

Total activities completion is 87%.

  • Bridge No.5:

All sub-structures has completed for concrete work.

9 nos. of PCI girders are finished production and remain 11nos.

Total activities completion is 48%.

  • Bridge No.6:

All sub-structures has completed for concrete work.

Preparation work for PCI girder production has commenced.

Total activities completion is 47%.

  • Bridge No.7:

All sub-structures has completed for concrete work.

10 nos. of PCI girders is finished production and remain 15 nos.

Total activities completion is 48%.

  • Road Works:

    Earthworks

    Excavation work is under construction and 437,000m3 of 659,000m3 has completed.

    Embankment of toll plaza area is under constructing and 62,500m3 of 121,200m3 has completed.

    Percent completion is excavation 88.3% and embankment 51.6%.
