Schedule has been revised by Contractor, but total schedule is 3.5 month behind at end of July 2002 based on the Clause 14.1 schedule. Three critical paths are running on the schedule now.
Activities on the CP1 has no action at this moment, therefore schedule is delaying day by day. There is potential to delay more in future. Counter measure for this critical path is required urgently. P24 of CP3 has met boulders during pile driving time and it takes more times than expected. This critical path has also potential to delay. We are close watching about progress. Construction
method of Pier No.1 to Pier No.6 has agreed to change
from floating method to island method at the technical
meeting with PMU 85 in May 2002. Activities
