The Contractor has continued submission of manufacturer's list of proposed items; some items are still outstanding. The Contractor has established a site office at the location of the Operation Building and has begun excavation work. The site has been fenced. The 110kV Transmission Line Survey has been completed. The volume of construction tasks completed, has not reached minimum payment level Drawing approval for construction is continuing. The Contractor has added List Key Staff No equipment is as yet mobilized. First materials on site, cement, bricks, rebars No adverse weather influence has yet occurred.
