The Contractor was preparing the construction works and continued coordination works. - Review the BOQ Pay Items for the water related facilities and fire hydrant in comparison with the relevant drawings and preparing our proposal for SOW. - Make shop drawings for the ventilation equipment - Prepare the mobilization and site establishment - Study the scope of work and general conditions for the subcontractors - Prepare the administrative programs such as Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan and so on. The registration of Project Office Activities was approved by the Danang People's Committee on April 29, 2002.
